Financial requirement:

We are initially looking for a 2-4 million Euro investment for outlays in connection with establishing an office, wages, equipment and expenses for the initial team, guarantees, legal  and insurance required to obtain an AOC.

In addition total financing up to Euro 20 million in shares and up to similar in loan notes is sought as a good basis for:

- Getting good leasing deals

- Working capital until income from ticket sales materialize via payment providers

- Cover expansion

- Cover the 3 years until profitability
